In charge of daily implementation of the planned work schedule for my area.
Coordination of scheduling and materials ordering with responsible planners.
Assistance in the development and upgrading of instrument procedures and directives.
Supervises the instrument maintenance of the critical equipment within my area of
responsibility, and to report the instrument supt. Of any exceptional findings.
Supervises disassembly, trouble shooting, repair and reassembly of instrument equipment
shop. (Control Valves, Transmitters, etc.)
Monitor and report on the performance of the individuals in my crew on a routine basis to
identify the necessary skill enhancements that can be provided.
Lead maintenance instrument supervisor
Maintenance sr supervisor instrument and electrical. Lead the team and 5units
Work with Instrument Technician II in troubleshooting and other instrumentation work.
Interface with production personnel and other sections such as Electrical and Mechanical in
repair of equipment in the plant.
Calibrate transmitters, level indicators, control valves, flow meters, gauges etc.
Troubleshoot problems in control loops of PLC and DSC.
Provide assistance in conjunction with the section, to other departments such as ETS and
Project Engineering.
Liaise with electricians and mechanics in sorting out inter related problems in the plant.
Be available and have a knowledge of instruments equipment ordered to enable inspection
of these material in the warehouse.
