Prepare detailed documentation for software Development Life Cycle(SDCL) of project
development process
Responsible for providing direct customer service needs, answering.
Inquiries, selling retail products and services to Elite and Privilege.
Customers; for cross-selling investment banking and treasury products.
Works with Branch Management and Priority Banking Team Leaders to ensure a consistency in:
1. Service delivery
2. Goal achievement (Profitability and Market Penetration)
