➢ Successfully implement quality assurance programs that increase compliance with airport regulations and industry standards; schedule maintenance works, thus reducing safety incidents and improving customer satisfaction.
➢ Conduct regular inspections of airport facilities and operations to identify potential quality issues and ensure adherence to quality standards, increasing efficiency and operational performance and reducing costs.
➢ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure quality performance, providing management with valuable insights to drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of quality excellence.
➢ Critical role in ensuring a massive maintenance contract met the necessary specifications and standards by drafting,
reviewing, and implementing proposals, including assessing the quality and accuracy of the information provided.
➢ Review various proposals in concordance with budget constraints and timeline expectations, as well as the possible
contractor’s capabilities and capacity to execute the project to the required standards.
- Review performance and inspection report submitted by the contractor
- Resolving design and development problems
- FOD Management
-Inspection of internal and external roads of the project
Visiting factories and Review PME license and other
documents.
Follow-up actions in cases where violations were found,
and review compliance monitoring reports.
Responsible for Environmental Compliance Program in Project Deprtment - SEC.
Communicate frequently with management to report on the status of the Environment and safety program.
Conducting meetings and toolbox meeting for increasing Safety and Environment awareness.
