Assisted Yard and Vessel supervisors in the container terminal as well as gathered information from
different sections of the department to create a simulated version of the terminal which resulted in a
suggested number of equipment to increase the throughput of the system.

Using marketing tools and industrial engineering techniques, a blueprint for selling t-shirts in Saudi Arabia was created by having the detailed objectives of the store initiated in a balanced scorecard.
