يسعى الى زيادة مبيعات المعرض بالتعاون مع الموظفين العاملين تحت ادارته لره نسبة المبيعات وتحقيق الهدف الشهري والسنوي
Role & Responisibilites:
As a Supervisor managing a store and a team of Retail Assistants (with key holder responsibility)
Supervise small teams, providing instruction and guidance to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Assist in keeping the warehouse and cold storage areas organized, clean, and free of recognized hazards
Support packaging and shipping functions
Ensure customer SOP's are followed by packaging line
Follow company policy and best practice and support packaging team in doing the same
Work with inventory team to ensure a steady flow of product and materials to the line
Ensure product is labeled, quality checked, and shipped correctly per carrier requirements
Move product and materials throughout the facility to support business operations
Assist with other miscellaneous warehouse responsibilities.
Ensuring that all staff members adhere to the retail uniform policy and that they are always wearing their lanyards
Also Understand the e-commerce order fulfilment process.
Making sure that the new starter manual is used with new employees
Identifying potential staff and progress talent accordingly
Work with Head of Retail to set customer service standards and ensure they are met by all retail staff
Work with staff to ensure they are maximizing each customer with add on sales and up selling.
Ensure that the Click and Drop process is completed correctly by all staff and continuously look at ways to improve the process and maximize on integration
Manage the relationship between the delivery partner and couriers.
Monitor ecommerce analytics to identify trends/issues
Report on online metrics and provide graphs and data for weekly retail meeting
Monitor KPI’s and provide a weekly overview in the retail meeting
Lead by example being diligent and observant at all times.
Ensure safety and risks are considered at all times.
Jera management.
Customer service comunication to resolve the issue.
