Assist HR Manager in preparing and updating recruitment plan.
• Monitor the localization percentage and suggest action plans when needed.
• Job posting, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes based on Job description requirements using different mediums.
• Communicate with various recruitment agencies and appoint them to source candidates’ profiles.
