• Establish the customer care department with Organized all Kinans customers data around the Kingdom.
• Putting the rolls and the emails format for replying the customers. (inquiries - requests - complaints) and write the Manual Procedures section for communication center
• Lead the customer care team by auditing and management reviews from the teams in Jeddah and Riyadh by ensuring that all actions implemented
