Responsibilities:
1- Responsible to create, update and maintain data using Primavera 6 software for project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control.
2- Adapt to changes in the working environment, managing competing demands to make the best use of time and resources.
3- Monitor engineering design progress, material and equipment procurement, construction and testing and commissioning status.
4- Work in conjunction with the Project Manager in the development of overall project procurement strategy, sequencing, phasing and logistics.
5- Reviewing the planning and scheduling of work on current projects to ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced and completed.
6- Assists with project controls activities including tracking cost and developing schedules. Develops spreadsheets as requested.
7- Responsible to support development of the weekly & monthly reports and to perform schedule assessments as requested Provide support on development of project cost expenditure forecast curves.
