Collecting the necessary data from the site and from the Environmental Laboratory, analyzing this data.
Follow up on the work of the environmental laboratory to collect samples and conduct the necessary surveys and laboratory analysis of the collected samples and prepare baseline survey reports coordinating with the laboratory works.
Prepare Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies according to the regulations of the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC) and prepare Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) studies for Clients projects.
Submit and follow up on environmental license applications on NCEC portal, and upload requirements and studies on the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC).
Researching environmental and engineering mechanisms, regulations, and standards from all concerned parties, comparing them, and including them in studies.
Attending meetings and provide environmental consultations and coordination in person and remotely.
Assist in contractual and costing matters, procurements, claims, contribute in pro-forma, framework agreements, contracts, and call-off orders.
Prepare bids (technical & financial proposals) and submit to clients.
Participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) preparing and sharing it with subconsultants, receiving their offers, evaluating them, preparing and sharing PTCs and reviewing responses, and awarding.
Research bids and perform company rehabilitation on Etimad platform.
Conduct pre-award activities, including schedules and participation in meetings, evaluations, and negotiations.
Preparing of projects timeline based on the presented tender documents.
Prepare purchase orders for contracts.
Supervise the construction and operation of water supply projects and sewerage networks projects in East Riyadh according to technical and engineering drawings and plans to ensure compliance with specifications and Quality Assurance/Quality Control of implemented site works.
Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available on site.
Supervise site tests such as geology of construction site, soil test results, and the requirements and plans of the project.
Prepare documents and reports specialized in engineering works and projects and their progress rate.
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
Review of monthly invoices of the supervised projects.
