1- Custom Infrastructure Monitoring: Built custom monitoring solutions using Java and PowerShell to track infrastructure metrics that native
tools missed, such as Azure MFA user status, non-onboarded devices etc. Researched and implemented secure data pipelines using Azure
Graph API with strict app permissions, displaying the data on SquaredUp and custom Java dashboards.
2- Infrastructure Automation: Developed comprehensive Ansible playbooks to automate daily infrastructure workflows. Successfully automated
complex, manual tasks like end-to-end SCOM failovers and disaster recovery drill testing.
3- AI-Powered Log Analysis Pipeline: Designed and developed an event analysis application using Spring Boot and Azure OpenAI. Collect logs
from BMC Service Monitoring, SCOM, vROps, and AppDynamics. then i built the data flow to correlate, deduplicate, normalize, chunk before
send to Azure OpenAi and then merge By azure OpenAI models to automatically generate
scheduled Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
4- Enterprise App Development & OpenShift: Expanded our capabilities by building internal enterprise apps from scratch to digitize manual
workflows. I developed a digital approval system to replace manual monitoring forms and built a team performance tracker integrated with

4. Managed the full software lifecycle: designing the architecture and database, writing code rapidly with GitHub Copilot, fixing GitHub
security vulnerabilities, building container images, and deploying to OpenShift (handling Deployments, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and Services).
5- Enterprise AIOps & Core Banking RCA Platform (Current Project): Currently designing and developing a large-scale, pluggable Enterprise
AIOps platform from scratch. The system collects, indexes, deduplicates, normalizes, and analyzes logs to generate issues in real-time using
Azure OpenAI. Rather than using standard AIOps similarity weights, I engineered a new approach that maps issues directly to the core
banking flow. This pinpoints the exact root cause, groups issues correctly, and maps underlying servers to business services to show the true
business impact. I designed the complete application architecture and backend, utilizing Kafka for event streams, Redis, Neo4j for graph
relationships, and PostgreSQL for metadata. The platform is fully pluggable, featuring custom connectors to ingest logs from various products
and writing code rapidly with GitHub Copilot
