for Nile Company towards ownership and subcontractors concerning decisions, information and reporting.
•Guide and support the project management organization.
•Follow up all the activities concerning the work.
•Coordinating project data and provide technical information to execution staff; Coordinate production of method statement and verify compliance of all submittal and Engineer's replies to approved method statements; Assist technical manager in finding solutions
•To ensure that after the completion of the job that all as built drawings submitted to the ownership according to the actual work done on site.
•Select and motivate senior managers and staff.
•Coordinate different trades; Check drawings for coherence; Identify problems and initiate solutions; Ensure suitability to site conditions; Update changes & secure updated drawings/documents to site personnel
•To supervise and validate the subcontractors selection for the realization of the project.
•Planning and follow up the operational detailed time schedules within all the regions.
•Report to the Operations Director the status of all the activities within all the regions.
•Responsible for Method statements of all operations activities.
•Ensure that Nile company Quality standards and processes are followed up.

•Price difference coefficients
