•Project Coordination: Project workflow management for the lifecycle of the project including project initiation, project tracking, risk capturing and status updates to stakeholders by working closely with the portfolio manager; Managing project/resource allocations.
•Perform the relevant PMO processes aligned to governance, reporting, RAID, resources, and plan management.
•Choosing and adapting the PM methodologies and processes to best suit the needs of everyone involved at the company. Selection, implementation, and management of appropriate tools for the different roles in project and portfolio management.
•Conduct monthly/periodic activities related to revenue forecast, revenue recognition, finalizing invoice amount and details, and monitoring unbilled and outstanding while coordinating with the Delivery and Finance team.
•Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and program plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies
•Generating MIS to report progress & to identify activities (project/processes) on Critical Path, activities requiring escalation/ intervention.
•Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management, and resource planning.
Project: Bennett University (28 Million USD)
Bennett University is an initiative by Times of India Group (Bennett and Coleman Ltd.) which spread over 68 acres of land having world class infrastructure and amenities like Residential faculty housing and separate boys and girl hostel, academic blocks, and swimming pool
Project: Easy Day
Easy day is a small format store retail chain of more than 4000 stores under re-owned banner Future Group India which has already conduct no. of retail chain business under name Big Bazaar, Central, Brand Factory across India etc.
Job Responsibilities: -
•Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestones progress, subcontractor commitments, and physical percentage complete.
•Communication with Procurement & Engineering team to ensure timely delivery of items & BOQs closure.
•Undertaking technical feasibility studies & review work procedures.
•Review Capex PLANNED vs SPENT on weekly basis.
•Coordinate with Zonal Heads & stakeholders for strategy alignment.
•Arranging 3rd Party Quality & Quantity Audit in consultation with Commercials.
•Drive Project Closure and ensure final payment disbursements to vendors
Project: Bharat City (Affordable residential Housing Township) (109.59 million USD)
Bharat City township is an affordable housing project contain more than 7500 flats (stilt+G+13) spread over 60acres of land having facilities like school, sewage treatment plant, commercial space, landscape etc. Also, Precast technology brought from Weckenmann (Germany) used for phase 2 project.
Job Responsibilities: -
•Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule.
•Assisting Senior Planner in preparation of work Schedule, Work order and Quantity Calculation.
•Completion of all inspection and test plans in the field, quality assurance records in the field and consulting with 3rd party inspectors as required.
•Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client
•Liaising any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quality, surveyors, and general workforce involved in the project.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
•Working on precast technology for construction of multi-story.
