1. Audit engineer's field performance and adherence to processes, highlighting areas for improvement, providing feedback, and developing action plans to address gaps. 
2. Analyse data to prevent and identify potential issues with products and engineers.  
3. Oversee the certification and training of engineers.
4. Play a key role in the problem-solving process by providing timely technical feedback from the market.
5. Collaborate in proactively managing customer complaints and issues by participating in the root cause analysis to drive technical resolutions.
6. Ensure the accuracy of customer data in the installation base systems.
7. Assist technical call centres and field engineers with complex equipment issues while dealing with customers.
8. Support service engineers in the field to ensure effective and efficient job performance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Execute effective root cause analysis of product issues, with the goal of identifying the proper parts to be used and determining the appropriate solution.
2. Execute jobs in line with Customers SLAs.
3. Achieve field performance (TTS, FTFR and JMR3).
4. Manage stock of parts and guarantee a high-level of inventory record accuracy.
5. Educate customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment.
6. Properly manage work orders and service reports (i.e. including all requested information based on assigned standard operating procedures).
7. Schedule on-site visits according to SLAs and contact customers to notify them of estimated times of arrival
8. When on field, carry out light maintenance whenever is needed and check the equipment to proactively detect issues.
9. Always act in a professional and customer-oriented way, collecting full and structured feedback from the field to fully depict our Customers real needs and
new sales potential.
10. Manage safety issues in person
11. Escalate problems and reassign calls when appropriate.
12. Accurately report service data in line with assigned procedures.
13. Ensure all work-related equipment and vehicles are utilized and maintained safely and responsibly, ensuring all work-related tasks are performed in compliance with Technogym guidelines and appropriate Health & Safety
legislation.
14. Promptly complete all training courses to stay up to date with technical news, important communications, new products released in the market.
15. Get and keep over time the Master Certification to develop an elite level of knowledge on Technogym equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience as a maintenance team leader or supervisor.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in maintenance software and tools.
* Valid drivers license.
- Maintained, troubleshoot, and repaired various kitchen equipment including
hotplates, brat pans, boilers, convection ovens, hot cabinets, fridges, walk-
in chiller/freezers, ice dispensers, hot and cold food service trolleys, hot
and cold counters, vegetable processors, hummus machines, soup mixers,
meat cutters/slicers, bone saw machines, bakery mixers, conveyor type
dishwashers, conveyor belts, split ACs, window ACs, and washing machines
etc.

* Technical Assistance:
* Assist senior engineers in design, analysis, and calculations.

Shah Cement has a 15, 000-ton capacity vertical roller mill (VRM) in its plant,
supplied by the Danish company FLSmidth. The roller mill was recognized as
the worlds largest vertical roller mill by Guinness World Record.

Shah Cement was founded in 2002 by Abul Khair Group in Munshiganj,
Dhaka, with an initial capacity of 5.2 million metric tons per annum. It also
