• Initiate, prepare & develop project plans & schedules according to standards, contract specifications
and accepted Project Management practices. Reviewing all drawings and specifications related to
the scope of work.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Manager, Site Engineers, Job Estimators, Engineers of
various disciplines etc. to acquire proper data and specifications for the schedule. Reviewing all
drawings and specifications related to the scope of work.
• Analyze drawings, specifications & method statements of works for the preparation of activity
networks / scheduling / resources planning and allocation. Keeping track of material procurement
and potential delays on weekly basis.
• Develop major milestone activities & establish a well-defined Work Breakdown Structure, which
includes all the scopes of work.
• Assign duration, resources (Manpower, Materials and Equipment) and Budgeted Cost for each
activity based on their weight factor & quantity/volume of work. And identify Long Lead items
required in the Project. Coordinate with site supervisors for daily activities.
• Generate detailed work plan, critical activities/path, planned/progress S-Curves, Budget
Histogram/planned distribution tables, Resource Histogram/planned distribution tables etc.
• Coordinate communication and foster teamwork between all the project stakeholders.
• Establishing and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress such as Weekly
Progress Reports.
• Attend project progress status review meetings with client, vendors and sub-contractors.
• Review, analyze & refine sequence and logic of tasks/activities and highlight any critical activity
needs particular attention.
• Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverables such as products, engineering
documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.
• Monitoring, updating & analysis of progress right from the field.
• Prepare reports & charts, i.e. daily/weekly and/or monthly reports as required by management
and/or client.
Organize weekly inspections program.
Participate on the review the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all the critical activities and ensure its implementation;
Prepare Tool box talks and programs to acquaint new employees with WORK SITE hazards, safe work procedures at WORK site
Prepare Safety statistical reports.
Analyses of injuries and Safety hazards for the weekly safety meetings;
Report safety incidents and safety concerns to Project Management.
Maintain all safety related record and files associated with the projects.
Establish and maintain site emergency response team.
Establish personnel protective equipment requirements.
Establish, publicize, and report the injuries occurring on the WORK site,
Prepare and distribute safety statistics and injury rates for evaluation;
Arrange safety publicity and coordination of safety incentive, recognition, and personal contact programs.
Provide safety coordination, leadership, and safety advice to line management and organization of training programs requested.
Immediately visit the site of serious injuries to view evidence, protect evidence and prepare a witness report;
Participate in the project incident investigations and carry out analysis of such investigations
Ensure Approvals of HSE Plans, method statements, heavy lifting/rigging job plans.
Ensure crane operators, riggers & Flagman certification and approvals.
Enforce compliance of EHS regulations related to safety at the work site.
• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
