Jabal Omar Development Project is a unique urban re-generation scheme aimed at
providing hotel accommodations, commercial/retail spaces, car parking, public spaces and public
amenities to support religious, social and commercial activities to Hajj and Umrah pilgrims
during Hajj & Ramadan seasons and other visitors all year round. Nesma's scope of work
includes design, engineering, procurement, construction and furnishing of ten (10) towers ( 4 x
Hilton, 2 x JW Marriott, 2 x Hyatt Regency, 2 x Conrad), including four (4) podiums, including
construction of all infrastructure facilities that includes all the technical gallery for the utilities.
Working as a Construction Architect in (Jabal Omar Development Project) in a finishing
stage of five stars hotels ( JW Marriott, Hyatt Regency, Hilton Convention) which contain two
towers each and around 30-40 floors for each tower.
Responsible for executing and supervising on all finishing items such as (block works,
plaster, gypsum ceiling & partitions, flooring & wall tiles, paints, vinyl wall covering, Mill works,
Wooden & steel doors with Frames & Hardwares and carpets & underlay.
Handing over the previous finishing items as well as the subcontractors works to the QC
inspector to gain the consultant approval.
Leading my construction team to finalize the given tasks as per the specified time schedule
according to nesma specifications.
Coordinating with concerned trades (ducting, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical and low
current) for successful execution of the work.
Supporting the site manager on board range of technical, organizational and supervision
matters on project site.
Reporting the work progress daily, weekly and monthly bases to my superiors.
Following the time schedule, delivery notes and new revisions of drawings.
Providing proposals to the technical office as per site conditions to gain the approval.
Solving technical problems appear during construction stages

EXPERIEANCE
Following up with suppliers and insuring smooth fabrication, delivery and installation without
possibility of design and engineering errors.
Updating reports for particular items to be tracked from the material submittals up to
delivery and fixation on site. Reports to be presented on a weekly meeting.
A Master Degree study research in Building Information Modelling (BIM) field under
a title of (Integration Of As-Built Building Information Modeling and Augmented
Reality in Construction Industry: A Case Study of The (UTM) Eco-Home).
