- PMO Operations Department: Reviewing & evaluating production/ maintenance required capital expenditures. Accelerating pending approved/ Non-approved CAPEX. Organizing meetings with suppliers if needed. Responsible for operations portfolio - maintenance & production capital projects. Following up new plants and lines expansions.

- Engineering and Investments Department: Working on production plant expansion project which includes supervision and following up (purchasing & installation of CNC’s machines, forklifts, manipulators, electric panels, tooling, machines components, tooling’s, heavy machines relocation). Analyzing suppliers and contractors offers in order to choose the suitable items, along with cost controlling and following up with procurement and finance. Also, managing kick of meetings, preparing SOW’s, meetings with all end-users and all stakeholders to update the C-level and meet the deadlines.

- Industrial Engineering Department: Managing projects simultaneously within budgetary restrictions. Following up of all production and maintenance capital investments. Responsible for projects meetings and operation weekly meetings. Time studies and production audits on processes and machines. Improving machines efficiency and increasing production capacity. Heavy machines upgrade and modification projects. Tooling consumption - actual & forecasting.
