Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing administrative staff, Planners, In-Charge’s, and other Logistics personnel.
2. Overseeing WH activities (“Picking & Outbound”, “Inbound”, and “Put Away”) ensuring processes and procedures are well recognized and
followed within time.
3. Inspecting daily and monthly Damage Reports caused by either stacking or transportation, to identify causes and minimize loss.
4. Providing high level service and lower lead time for Cross Docks Orders, made through Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah Sites.
5. Conducting monthly meetings with Sales, After Sales, and Demand Planning heads, setting new procedures upon promotions and high demand periods.
6. Planning quickest and least costly transport routes, negotiating and conrming contracts with outsource parties.
7. Ensuring eefficient documentation of administration and oce procedures.
8. Monitoring SAP transactions cycle and in-transit stock to avoid backlogs.
9. Material handling equipment’s Planning, Acquisition and Maintenance.
10. Updating budget quarterly, based on demand expectations, in order to effefficiently utilize outsource cost.
11. Ensure proper compliance and adherence to all appropriate health and safety regulations and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing all of delivery and installation sections within the organization.
2. Managing Fleet requirements, maintenance, and reallocation of resources.
3. Presenting continues improvement plans to CEO through monthly meetings.
4. Adhering to budget adjustments in a fast changing environment.
5. Estimating promotions demand, and analyzing daily sales reports to plan the most cost effective resources.
6. Monitoring EPR (SAP) data accuracy, ensuring documentation procedures are properly followed.
7. Conducting periodic staff performance reviews, discussing objectives, and categorizing employee training requirements.
8. Ensuring high service levels for all After sales functions.
9. Achieving Yearly Target billing of around SR 120 million.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Recruitment, followed by EPR (SAP) system and procedures training.
2. Managing staff of around 60 members, consisting of officers, coordinators, supervisors, and installation teams.
3. Participating in regular meetings with correlated departments (Sales, Logistics, etc.) to challenge operational difficulties and re-set processes.
4. Presenting feasibility studies of expanding delivery locations, estimating required resources.
5. Efficiently planning Delivery & Installation tasks in alliance with 3PL, to reduce waste time, ensure precision, and increase service level.
6. Ensuring extraordinary monthly customer satisfaction scores.
7. Achieving Yearly Target billing of around SR 30 million.
