2. Sourcing tender requirements locally and internationally.
3. Coordinating with the Development team on the new styles requirements.
4. Price comparison and negotiations with the vendors in order to obtain the best prices.
5. Providingquotationsandbidsforthe government sectors
6. Processing of tender orders within the company
7. Preparing PO’s and maintaining all the archive
files relating to tender’s procurement.
8. Arranging shipment picks up locally and
internationally mainly from UAE and CHINA.
9. Follow up on Shipment status and coordinate
with the warehouse for delivery to the assigned
delivery location for the tenders
10. Follow up on payment from the tenders.
