I’m working for both “Business and Technical” for more than an application. Role involves manual monitoring of applications, doing (start & stop) of the application, testing of the application after completion of deployment and providing the feedback to the development team, providing an incident resolution guidance and and deployment strategy to be followed, Planning and and execution of the release in the production environment with the complete planning as per change management process, arranging meeting with the business for any technical issue or any enhancement, and working as a level 3 support for the business core system.
