•Review the scope of work with engineers and provide comments to end user in order to have clear scope as to help suppliers to understand the requirement once the tender on the market.
•Lead and conduct procurement requirements (RFPs) for goods and services to ensure deliverables are met with the requested procurements and aligned with department objectives and process all aspects of the procurements processes up to the award.
•Lead and conduct procurement activities, document preparation, negotiation and obtaining approvals for each process.
Lead and conduct Procurement requirement (RFIs) for the requested information which will help the business units to understand the supplier’s capability for the services.
•Monitor consistency and compliance in application of procurement processes to meet business needs in a safe, compliant, timely, and cost-effective manner.
•Contribute to knowledge disseminations/sharing in a way that assists with building internal capabilities of UAE Nationals where applicable and maximize their effective performance.

•Lead ENEC’s day to day procurement requirements for High/strategic Risk goods and services to ensure deliverables are met with the requested procurements and aligned with department objectives and process all aspects of the procurements processes up to the award and execution of the agreement/contract.
•To monitor the proper execution of the procurement & sourcing department mandate aligned with ENEC’s goals.
•Lead procurement activities, document preparation, negotiation and obtaining approvals for each process.
•Review the scope of work with end user and provide comments in order to have clear scope once issue the tender on the market which will help the supplier to have clear vision for ENEC requirement.
•Review and support ENEC Management in the development of procurement & sourcing strategies to ensure security of supply.
•Monitor consistency and compliance in application of procurement & sourcing processes to meet business needs in a safe, compliant, timely, and cost-effective manner.
•Review the audit reports and implement improvements to ensure that procurement & sourcing activities are being conducted transparently and efficiently.
•Participate with the required audits, snapshot/focused self-assessment and help approve the corrective action plans.
•Identify areas for improvement within the Procurement Section and liaise with Performance Management and Policy and Procedures Section to implement the identified improvements
•Manage the effective achievement of organization’s objectives by setting individual’s targets, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal - in order to maximize subordinate and department performance.
•Contribute to knowledge disseminations/sharing in a way that assists with building internal capabilities of UAE Nationals where applicable and maximize their effective performance.
•Participate in the preparation of the budget for procurement & sourcing department and financial performance.

•communicate and interface with the stakeholders (1.e End Users, Management, Bidders, Suppliers, services providers...etc) involved in the procurement process whenever required.

• Managing all the fixed assets throughout the Oracle system ( Adding, Deleting, transferring, inquiry of Fixed Assets)
• Managing all the petty cash throughout the Oracle system.
• Managing all the payable invoices through the oracle system (Inserting the invoices data in the Oracle system)

Abu Dhabi Head Quarter - General Manager Office/ Follow up
• Administer external and internal communication that includes the Chairman office.
• Prepare the arbitrage of the follow up section
• Distribution of senior staff meeting minutes and tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

- Security Al Mudeef Custom Center
• Inspection on all the vehicles and passengers.
• Manage the inspection area through the CCTV Room.
• Entering all the data base of the vehicles and passengers through Dhabi Systems.
• Registering the car and passenger details through the Dhabi System.
