• Oversee maintenance activities and the workforce, and ensure compliance with HSE Regulations.
• Supervise and conduct regular inspections, adjustments and lubrication oil analysis for the power plant.
• Supervise and conduct regular inspections, water treatment, water analysis and VAM chemicals analysis for VAM plant.
• Achieve plant uptime and targeted KPIs by utilizing maintenance and operation metrics.
• Prioritize, schedule, coordinate and assign maintenance activities using SAP PM and Excel maintenance dashboard.
• Create and maintain SMP, SOP, equipment failure reports, and monthly performance reports for the plant.
• Utilize MRP and effectively manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of critical spare parts and consumables at all times
• Investigate equipment failures and defects to identify root causes, and implement countermeasures to prevent future recurrence.
• Support the Section Head in estimating and managing budgets, as well as overseeing the controlling maintenance costs.
