Inspection of production line machinery (rotating and static) such as crushers and conveyors:
• Executed an equipment inspection program and conducted routine downtime inspections.
• Carried out tasks such as balancing and aligning rotating equipment and making periodic adjustments in collaboration with the maintenance team.
• Assigned maintenance team priorities based on the severity of equipment defects.
• Actively participated in investigating failures, developing future countermeasures, and assisting in prioritizing maintenance tasks.

Installation, operation, maintenance & supervision of rental diesel power plant at 2 sites 75 MW in total (Powered by MTU 4000 & Cummins KTA and QS gensets):
• Actively involved in the design, planning, installation, and commissioning of multiple plants, ensuring adherence to the established plan and schedule.
• Established/maintained Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs).
• Supervised/Scheduled all maintenance and inspections activities.
• Conducted/Monitored equipment performance, inspections, troubleshooting, analysis and corrective actions.
• Kept precise records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment inventories.

Took part in a training course focused on Rotors Balancing and Vibration Analysis, specifically utilizing the VIBXPERT-PROFTECHNIK tool. The tasks included:
• Preparing training materials and tools for the sessions.
• Conducting frequency analyses to identify faults such as unbalance or other issues, while adhering to ISO 1940-I standards.
• Performing balancing procedures, both in one plane and two planes, utilizing the VIBXPERT Balancing Run mode.
• Evaluating the collected data and generating professional reports detailing the results and work accomplished.

Supervised a water supply pipeline project in the suburbs of Lahij, undertaking the following responsibilities:
• Conducted initial site visits and collected necessary data from the regional office of the Water Bureau.
• Generated technical drawings, performed calculations for pipe sizing and pressure drop, and selected suitable equipment for the project.
• Prepared comprehensive reports and drawings, including a detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ), for the construction works and water network systems.
• Ensured the quality of incoming materials by meticulously verifying and approving them.
• Recruited local workers for the project and provided them with proper training.
• Monitored the implementation process and timeline, ensuring compliance with both office and local standards.
