Operation, maintenance and supervision of 800TR VAM Chiller plant (Powered by Thermax TAC S2 F3) and 15MW Diesel Power plant (Powered by Caterpillar 3606 and 3512):
•Ensured full adherence to HSE regulations by supervising maintenance activities, leading workforce and checking workplace scoring 95% HSE compliance and zero major HSE violations.
•Conducted and supervised regular inspections, adjustments and lubrication oil analysis for the generating sets resulting in less downtime.
•Supervised and conducted regular inspections, water treatment, water analysis and VAM chemicals analysis achieving equipment optimum performance.
•Monitored units and plant KPIs (MTBF, $/MW, SFC, APC and so on) on daily/monthly/yearly basis
and addressed target deviations as necessary.
•Planned, scheduled and assigned preventive and corrective maintenance activities using SAP and Excel dashboard.
•Managed MRP based inventory, tracked purchase requisitions/orders and analyzed spare parts consumption trends to ensure availability of spare parts (Critical, Active and Consumables).
•Investigated equipment failures and incidents, performed RCA reports, led repair action plans and implemented required preventive measures.
•Prepared annual OpEx and CapEx budget plan and tracked actual expenses against budget through monthly variance reports.

Inspection of production line machinery (rotating & static) such as crushers, conveyors and blowers:
•Carried out equipment inspection program and routine downtime inspections.
•Assisted supervisor engineer with balancing, alignment and other periodic adjustments.
•Reported severity of equipment defects to supervisor engineer.
•Actively participated in investigating failures and in developing future countermeasures.

Operation, maintenance of rental diesel power plant (MTU 4000 & Cummins KTA and QSK gensets):
•Actively involved in the installation and commissioning of 2 power plants 75 MW in total.
•Maintained Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP).
•Supervised/Scheduled all maintenance and inspections activities.
•Conducted equipment monitoring, inspections, troubleshooting, analysis and corrective actions.
•Kept precise records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment inventory.

Took part in a training course Balancing and Vibration Analysis using VIBXPERT-PROFTECHNIK:
•Assisted in the preparation of training materials and tools for the sessions.
•Supported participating engineers with vibration analysis activities and balancing procedures.

Supervised a water supply pipeline project in the suburbs of Lahij, undertaking the following responsibilities:
• Conducted initial site visits and collected necessary data from the regional office of the Water Bureau.
• Generated technical drawings, performed calculations for pipe sizing and pressure drop, and selected suitable equipment for the project.
• Ensured the quality of incoming materials by meticulously verifying and approving them.
