Quality control and Inspection related to Design, Installation, pre-Commissioning and testing activities related to Oil & gas Plants, Power Plants and industrial plant.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Evaluation and definition of the scope of the project, project status review and participate in discussions at major decision points with top management.
•Preparing project Quality control Inspection schedules / plans, and technical standards, Procedures and Method of statements and specifications towards the successful execution of erection & commissioning projects.
•Preparing project execution schedules, Issue NON-Conformance Report (NCR), Logbook-Entries to successful execution of erection & commissioning projects.
•Ensured that the work was completed in accordance with the project schedule and the construction contract.
•Monitoring projects with respect to Quality Compliance and Safety to ensure timely execution of projects.
•Sound Knowledge on Estimations, preparation & submission of techno-commercial proposals (EPC projects, Power and Energy, oil & gas).

• Role Engineer (Mechanical).
Responsibilities:
•Pre-assembly, Fabrication, Erection, alignment of Boiler staructure.
•Prepare the method statement.
•Pre-assembly, Fabrication, Erection, alignment and inspection of header assly and panel.
•Erection and alignment, inspection and commissioning of Pressure parts.
•Erection and alignment of APH
•Review the P&ID and GAD .
•Erection, Fabrication & Alignment for the INSULATION for the pipeline, piping, boiler, ducting.
•Prepare the monthly RA-Biling for the particular area.
•Prepare the fit-up report and inspection of joint .
•Check the material as per the drawings and procedure.
•Pre-assay and inspection of duct with pneumatic test and insulation.
•Erection and inspection of oil piping and hydrotest and insulation as per the drawings and procedure.
•Fabrication and inspection of coal-pipe.
•Fabrication and inspection of CCCW water pipeline and make isometric for the site rooting.
•Make the planing as per the contract and up to final stage.
•Hydro test of Boiler.
•Prepare the monthly RA bill with client and contractor.
•To check the ball pass test of coils & water wall panels before fit-up with clients and prepare the protocol.
•Make a protocol as per requirement.
•Light up with LDO and Firing.
•Make a monthly plan with the customer.
