Job Description
- Conducted GAP analysis reviewing the performance of the supply chain divisions and identifying areas that should be improved.
- Reviewed and updated the standard operating procedures for supply chain functions (Warehouse, Purchasing, Demand Planning, Production Planning and Logistics).
- Direct overseen of 5 managers and indirect overseen of 330 employees and USD 25 million of RM, PM, WIP and FP stocks across all MSG manufacturing and distribution sites in Jordan (Abu Alanda, Irbid, Zarqa and Qastal).

- Reviewed all external purchasing requisitions, orders and contracts to ensure requests comply with the company financial policies

- Established long terms supply agreements with the strategic suppliers for those common and fast moving materials.
- Achieved the saving plans of the company in terms of the yearly purchases values
- Improved on-time customer delivery rate from %73 to %90 and reduced inventory level by USD 6.2 million over 43-month period.
- Successfully implemented supply chain lean initiative through which the company could achieved savings of USD 3.8 million, reduced the inventory days from 245 to 185 days, achieved % 12 reduction in material purchasing costs, minimized production plan’s shortfalls through avoiding materials shortages and delays, reduced the packaging materials carried in the inventory by %9through standardization action plans, reduced overhead costs by 7%, and decreased machines down time by adjusting packaging materials specification and sizes in a manner suiting the machines and products specifications and found alternatives and cheaper materials.
