senior Architect inspector and to submit a daily progress report for the same.
• To observe and notify to the Sr.Architect Inspector if there are
any NCR and SOR issues.
• To ensure compliance of architectural works to design
requirements, Specifications and project plan.
• To be able to demonstrate constructive and co-operative
working relationships with other disciplines and maintaining them over time.
• The ability to highlight concerns and conflicts and reporting them to
the Sr.Architect Inspector.
• Required to practice to Health and safety standards and
procedures on projects.
• To be able to review and rectify the shop drawings, method

PROJECT: Tibrewala Premium residence (Architecture), IIT Hyderabad (Interiors and Steel structure design), Raghu Institute cafeteria block (Architecture and Interiors) and others.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a junior architect:
• I was responsible for handling the architectural design of a
premium residence.
• My duties were to design, plan and prepare working drawings,
bill of quantities, and site visits every week. This work allowed me to prepare progress reports and present them to our structural and MEP consultants.
• In addition, I was also involved in commercial, educational
projects where my primary role was preparing conceptual,
working drawings as well as Façade designing.
• I was also in charge of the plan, design, and preparation of 3d
models for corporate interior projects such as the design of the
Raghu Education Institute (cafeteria block) and IIT Hyderabad.
RESPONSIBILITIES AT SITE:
• To coordinate with the contractor and site engineer throughout
the project duration and get the required drawings done before visiting the site.
• Keeping the client informed about the progress and quality of
the portions of the complete work.
• Reporting observed defects and deficiencies in the work and
deviations from the construction schedule.
• Cross-checking the work at the site following the design.
• Engaging sub-contractors to an ongoing project and visiting site
with them to explain their scope of work in the project.
