Duties
• Responsible for operational activities in the camp.
• Carry out the daily, weekly and monthly duties as laid by the Company.
• Fill and keep record of administrative forms in accordance with the
company rules.
• Manage the team of expatriate’s staff and labor working at the camp
and increase their motivation.
• Supervise and take part to the training of staff, according to the rules of
HSE, Food,

• Maintain the camp clean and tidy.
• Fill the staff and labor time sheet and attendance register.
• Responsible for the effective cleaning of the kitchen and all its
corresponding areas, dining and stores areas in accordance with the
food Hygiene and safety rules.
• Ensure that all staff, Local and Expatriates wear proper PPE, clean
uniforms at all times and that the food handling staff wear disposable
hand gloves and hats at all times, not only during service.
• Ensure that the housekeeping of the accommodation should be carried
out in line with reviewed standards, every day and whenever required.
• Ensure that the laundry schedule is carried out accordingly, instructing
the local staff on how to use the various cleaning products and regularly
on a daily basis, draw to their attention the safety procedures.
• Carry out regular inspections of the accommodation, common areas,
dining area, and stores.
Maritime Security Experience
1. MARITIME SECURITY TEAM LEADER: 03 years 06 Months
Worked as a Maritime
Manage post incident procedures inclusive of immediate support to the
Master and crew and incident reporting.
• Complete Post Transit Report (PTR) and Post Transit Observation
Reports and complete MSO performance / KPI assessment
• Maintain the highest personal and professional standards.
• Provide continuation training to MSOs in all areas of Maritime Security,
paying particular attention to MSOs new to the Maritime Industry.
2. DEPUTY TEAM LEADER: 01 year
• Worked as a Senior MSO/Deputy Team Leader, under command of
British Team Leaders with different types of cargo ships through
over the High Risk Area with 11 transit experience for Ambrey Risk
