Job Summary: a single point of contact between the ERP Team & SIS (POWERSCHOOL) Team and Organization. Spearhead ERP implementation ( MS DYNAMIC AX 2012 )activities, troubleshoot and provide technical support on day to day ERP issues, Prepare multiple reports as required by the Management, prepare and maintain MIS on ERP Activities & Developments and provide trainings to in house staff, responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, administration, monitoring and maintenance of the Student Information System (PowerSchool.) & The ERP system (AX 2012)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for technical support in ERP
Point of contact for all Campuses regarding ERP issues.
Responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, administration, the ERP
Monitoring and maintenance Database server & application server
Perform & Monitored daily backup
Lead the ERP development team and manage the ERP projects development activities; and provide Technical & Functional support on the ERP system.
Advising end user staff about any security breach such as change in password
Troubleshooting all issues and diffusing all problems he might face in a timely manner
Developing, managing and testing back-up and recovery plans;.
Ensuring that storage, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures are functioning correctly.

o Control all system portal ( admin portal, teachers portal, public portal & substitute portal)
o Monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast query responses to 'front end' users.
o User Account Management : Controlling access permissions and privileges, Create and delete users
o Troubleshoot problems from Application server, Application and database integrations and users of applications.
o Adding Custom Pages to PowerSchool, Modifying Pages on the Server, Creating Links
