Collecting data for understanding and contacting F&B sectors.

Creating quotations and presenting the suitable packaging items for that firm whether it
is a restaurant or cafe or franchise.
Making the deal and keep on updating for any new orders/re-orders that might appear.
Conducting deals to increase our market share and increase our scale in guaranteeing
new clients.
Inviting potential people to try out the club and see all the facilities.
Taking care of the members and solving all sort of problems and try to keep in contact
with them if there is any other issue that might appear.
Understanding the needs of the clients to sell them the package that fits them more also
to be able to cross-sell.
Calling potential people to invite and take an appointment to be able to help them out
and answer all the questions
Creating new offers depending on the season or creating corporate deals to attract
clients to the club.
Trying to reach the target through calling or texting clients for location, Instagram page,
to follow up or service calls so that we be able to bring new clients and sustain our old members.
Selling all kinds of products through TV trying to understand the clients’ order to be able to help them out.
Trace & follow up the sales order with the customer and make sure to repeat the order and the location to get the exact information.
Checking the availability of the product in the X country before making any order because we serve 5 different major countries (KSA, UAE, KUWAIT, OMAN, & BAHRAIN).
Listening & understanding the customer’s wants carefully and trying to guide their call flow.
Explain to the clients the package of each credit card and what are the benefits of having it and the drawbacks of misusing it.
Recalling ex-clients and try to make them a new deal with the bank again and try to understand why they left to able know the reasons so that we help them out.
Selling through outgoing phone calls or walk-ins walk-outs.
Helping out new clients and explaining to them what are the benefits of being a Blom Bank member.
Organising the daily work papers from credit card agreements, applicants’
information, and invoices for data entry.
According to the client data we select specific bundles that suit them more to encourage
them to use the card more by explaining the cumulative points idea that will reward them later on.
Understanding the protocols and the level of professionalism attitude that should presented according to the guidelines that are applied in the company. Knowing the items descriptions to able to serve different food or beverages items not that, but also if someone has allergies to a certain item to able to recognise it. Maintain a nice atmosphere and a high level of hygiene that represents the brand's high casual end restaurant.
