I work as a Vice President in Mubadala Human Capital in the Strategic Planning & Organization Development unit, having led and participated in projects related to:
• Project Managed the Human Capital aspects of the IPIC-Mubadala merger in 2017, including project management of updated Job Titles, Job Descriptions, coordination with P&R on updated Job Assessments, coordination with corporate leadership on new Workforce Plan requirements, and other areas as required by the merger
• Revision and Development of Mubadala asset’s overall Strategy, Governance, Operating Model, and functional operations
• Change Management initiatives across Mubadala Investment Company, such as enhancing HC Operating Model
• Development of Mubadala’s Job Descriptions and Role Profiles, and centralization/systemization of overall Org Charts in line with Workforce Planning
• Relationship management with HC Shared Services provider including managing the master agreement and SLA's, tracking SLA progress over time and managing all relevant escelations and mitigations
Based on my consultancy skill-sets, as a Senior Associate in ATIC, I have conducted multiple strategic projects related to the following fields:

Property Advisor, Burj Dubai Presentation Center: I gave daily presentations to VIPs around the Burj Dubai, as well as cross-sold property in the Old Town, Old Town Island, and DownTown projects around the Burj Dubai tower
