Highlights:

• Joined the organization as Public Relation Officer, received several accolades and promotions, currently handling position as Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruitment & Manpower Planning Department) through outstanding performance.
• Instrumental in ensuring flawless onboarding process of new joiners during the merger between ADCB merged with Union National Bank (UNB) and the combined entity acquired Al Hilal Bank, which operates as a separate Islamic banking entity under its own brand within the Group’ in July 2019.
• Served as a strategic HR Business Partner to reshape organizational policies; long-range planning and HR strategies with a goal of providing a superior employee experience.
• Designed, developed and implemented a structured talent acquisition program to ensure the organization actively manages and retains its talent through recruitment, selection, talent assessments, succession planning, and performance management.

Key Areas of Expertise:

Recruitment & Manpower Planning
• Linking business strategy, people and performance to current and future business objectives of ADCB and deploying robust ADCB Talent Acquisition strategy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing.
• Partnering with business heads to analyze future manpower requirements along with strategies for filling open positions, acquiring requisite skills and competencies to effectively meet manpower needs.
• Managing various facets of recruitment function - sourcing resumes, short-listing candidates, facilitating interviews to ensure hiring the best talent from diverse backgrounds.
• Developing, refining and fine-tuning effective methods for selection of candidates, providing them with detailed information on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment as well as supporting them with joining formalities/paperwork.
• Building synergetic relationships with past and potential candidates and maintaining a pipeline of potential/qualified candidates to fill gaps as required.
• Representing the organization in various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events to ensure hiring of designated openings with top quality candidates in a timely manner.
• Keeping current with banking sector dynamics, job market, new methods in talent acquisition activities(E-Recruitment) and ensuring the right people with the desired level of competence are brought into the organization or are promoted.

Learning & Organizational Development

• Delineating business goals/ strategy and organizing training programs to commission learning interventions that facilitate ongoing, long-term improvement of skills and performance in liaison with operations leaders.
• Developing evaluation techniques to assess periodic Training Needs Analysis, determine HR operational risks to identify areas of employee development and bridge any development gaps while cultivating in them high performance drive, resilience and capability to sustain excellence.
