• Partnering with business heads to analyze future manpower requirements along with strategies for filling open positions, acquiring requisite skills and competencies to effectively meet manpower needs.
• Managing various facets of recruitment function - sourcing resumes, short-listing candidates, facilitating interviews to ensure hiring the best talent from diverse backgrounds.
• Developing, refining and fine-tuning effective methods for selection of candidates, providing them with detailed information on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment as well as supporting them with joining formalities/paperwork.
• Building synergetic relationships with past and potential candidates and maintaining a pipeline of potential/qualified candidates to fill gaps as required.
• Representing the organization in various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events to ensure hiring of designated openings with top quality candidates in a timely manner.
