- Follow Up & Investigate the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
- Record the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) in The Corrective and Preventive Action
- Follow Up Sheet & The Corrective and Preventive Action Plan Log
- Investigate The Root Cause Analysis Through Implementing the Root Cause Analysis Methods and Results report
- Evaluate the Efficiency of the Corrective and Preventive Actions Taken and Close the CAPA Case.

- Prepare The Internal Audit Plan
