Commercial Sales Manager ( oils & lubricants )
• Kalaxx is the first and largest company in distributing automotive oils and lubricants in Egypt for
the largest brands such as (Mobil, Shell, Total, CPC, Caltex, Misr Petroleum, Petromin....).
• Responsible for all company channels of distribution in Egypt (B2C, B2B, E-Commerce, retail
stores).
• Manage a team of territory managers and field force forming the traditional trade organization to
grow sales volumes, revenues & margins within the Lubricants across Egypt.

growth & capturing market opportunities, in line with the overall Company’s strategy.
• Responsible for coaching the team on effectively & properly managing to ensure the flow &

• For development & implementation of distribution investment plans & renovation projects with
expanded new branches to strengthen market share.
• Effectively working with the purchasing, financial & treasury teams to provide Sales forecasts,
according to Market dynamics.
• Effectively working with the Marketing team agency to develop and implement Promos, Seasonal
Activations, Marketing Campaigns, develop our digital marketing plans on our website & our
social media pages to achieve our objectives (Awareness, Engagement, Sales).
• Effectively working with the Board members & Kalaxx core team to set and achieve our company
vision.
• Resolve business issues and ensure that all escalated issues are closed.

• Handling business with L.E / 275 Million monthly (on ground & organic sales).
• Manage all traditional trade in G. Cairo, Alex, Behira, West Delta, East Delta & Canal.
