Handled all the administrative tasks including but not limited to the cancelations of receipts, refunds, scheduling, and rotas for six different reception departments at the hospital. Executed performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and quality control to effectively manage all 25-reception staff to encourage professional development and increase the overall quality of patients’ experience. Implemented best practices training techniques and sessions to maximize team productivity for new recruitments and veterans to ensure the adherence to all quality standards and KPIs. Handled all patients’ complaints to be solved quickly and effectively and then applied the poka-yoke method to avoid the reoccurrence of the same issue and/or mistake.
