 Delivered sales technical assistance and product education, support marketing activities at conferences or required demonstrations, negotiating tenders and quotations, and closing deals by conditions.
 Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers using Odoo - CRM and Finance System; and provide timely feedback to the company regarding customers, market trends, and product performance.
 Collect, analyse, and present field sales data, competitors’ feedback, and market development approaches, to assist with strategy planning and implementation.
 Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to build relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting, leading to generate a sales pipeline and develop new business, by identifying prospects in my assigned territory led to generate EGP 1.8 million in new sales revenue.
