Guide Customer delivery managers with best-in-class methodology, processes and tools to successfully deliver Nokia solutions to customers.
Strategically align all the projects in the organization to the objectives of the business.
In charge of Governance, Project Financial Management, Project Management Methodologies, Tools and Processes, PM Training and Development, Resource Management, Internal Programs.
Close follow up in committed financials, understand the variation Vs committed figures, and come up with recovery plan.
Develops and sustains margins and productivity improvement plans, driving optimization of the organizations involved in the delivery.

SPOC and responsible for the execution and delivery of end-to-end contractual Service Assurance (SA) SLA/KPI’s towards a customer.
Post-Sales activities including supervision of team members (NOC Manager/ Maintenance Manager/Technical Advocate) as well as definition and follow up of project planning/milestones, resources management and project deliveries
Financial management follow up on acceptance certificates and contract closure.
Anticipate risk and evaluate related financial and customer satisfaction impacts.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing services that are fully compliant with the SLA/KPI.
Ensure proper customer follow-up and escalation for incidents and problems.

Responsible for project implementations (Swap) within committed project plan to Mobily.
The key customer interface to the Customer for all project related business extension.
Manage customer deliverables and expectation.
Ensure that the project is delivered within the approved budget and profitability plan.
Lead the project lifecycle till customer acceptance and project closure.

Responsible for Alcatel lucent RAN products introduction and all technical aspects towards the customer to secure the product integration to customer network, assigned as a TPM for the following projects,

Dialog GSM Srilanka : Oct 2006 - Apr 2007.
Diragu Maldives : Mar 2006 - Sep 2006
Djezzy Algeria : Jun 2005 - Feb 2006

Provide technical support for BSS and MW Commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting and Unix administration for O&M centre, assigned as 2G/MW TS for the following projects,

Ooredoo (Qatar), Globacom (Nigeria), Mobinil (Egypt), AKTEL (Bangladesh), Telekom (Malawi) and Celtel (Niger).

Provide technical support for BSS and MW Commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting and Unix administration for O&M centre, assigned as 2G/MW TS for Mobinil Egypt.
