A corporate salesperson sells a service or product to help earn a profit for a company. Salesmen are typically considered the most important employees in a business, since they can often be solely responsible for generating its income. In many industries, salesmen receive the majority of their salary from a commission, or a percentage of what they sell.
I responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run an organization efficiently with my headers of management. Also assigned by each department to work to achieve the highest degree of understanding and working to help them to get the highest grades of their own development to the benefit of the goals set, which must be achieved They serve as information and communication managers for an office; plan and schedule meetings and appointments; organize and maintain paper and electronic files; manage projects; conduct research; and disseminate information by using the telephone, mail services, Web sites, and e-mail.
The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
