• Recruit appropriate staffing and thereafter maintain full coverage & consultant coaching within the first week of employment.
• Plan future strategies for each door with RSMM, prepare a 52 week activity programme for each door and discuss potential opportunities in the Area for new doors, staffing proposals, site locations, business development.
• Ensure stock levels in the doors which operate an automatic stock replenishment system are sufficient to achieve retail growth. Ensure mix of stock is correct.

•Participate on the event of lunching the new Armani collection (preparation of the show & guiding the guests).
•Trained Major the staff of Abu Dhabi Faces with all brands standard and concept and make an IDP plan and appraisal for each during a one year program.
•Mystery shopper result at 90% in the entire visit.
