Develop documented policies and procedures for all accounting operations
Work with the executive team to help advance the accounting systems and create efficiencies
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Manage the annual audit of the company’s financial statements; oversee the preparation of audit schedules, provide supporting documentation and manage relationship with external audit firm
Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as needed
