I made sure machines and pipes got fixed before and after they broke, so the plant didn’t stop for long. I talked with production to decide what to fix first.

2. Led a team of 12-18 technicians

I gave daily tasks to fitters, welders, and riggers, checked their work, and made sure they followed safety rules.

3. Troubleshot equipment failures using tools

When machines vibrated too much, leaked, or went out of alignment, i found the cause using vibration meters and thermal cameras, then fixed it so it wouldn’t happen again.

4. Coordinated shutdown maintenance

During plant shutdowns, I planned and managed the overhaul of big equipment like turbines and valves. I handled permits, materials, and contractors to finish the work on time.
