• Head of Distribution and Logistics, DGM (November 2015- Continuing), Beximco Petroleum ltd: Design and develop distribution network for LPG cylinders throughout the country. Additional activities to my role: LPG in bound logistics resources mapping, participating in LPG market identification, demarcation, distributor selection planning etc.

Played key role in up gradation as Cambridge Associate and expansion of Al-Hidaayah international school. Bangladesh Battalion in United Nations Missions in Sudan: Played key role in planning and directing operations, training and security management of a battalion of 860 personnel in a global environment. Maintained law and order situation in South Sudan for smooth transition to independence.

Effectively organized and administered HR matters including preparation and disbursement of salary, HR documentations and policies-- addressing problematic cases aptly. Looked into welfare matters, grievances, legal issues and presided over welfare conferences. Planned and organized carrier development for the men, including field training to ensure trainees have attained enabling objectives. Ensured security of personnel, material and information. Conducted post purchase evaluation of military hardware as a member of acceptance team after delivery of an air defence system from a foreign supplier. Bangladesh Military Academy (BMA): Supervised training and programme management for officer cadets’, civil services officers training, programme management of Commissioning Ceremony (eight times) etc. Arranged and facilitated symposiums. Carried out coordination and liaison with different agencies and headquarters to effect and support training of cadets and trainee officers. Undertook policy analysis, planning and programming of BMA training, ceremonial and administrative activities of BMA. Undertook training project for training 100 Srilankan Cadets and introducing Bsc Engineering programme in the academy. Identified problem areas of training and carried out analysis demonstrating proven analytical skills. Outlined training schedule, prepared reports and conducted presentations on key issues, articulating options precisely and made defending recommendations. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skill to maintain effective working relations with all concerned in making visibly effective and systematic training of cadets.
