As a Data Analyst and Demand Planner within the Planning team at Worcester Bosch, I am responsible for forecasting short- and long-term customer demand and optimising engineer scheduling using the IFS PSO scheduling system. I analyse large and complex datasets to identify demand trends, monitor key performance indicators, and produce dashboards, charts, and reports that support operational decision-making. I maintain and optimise scheduling system parameters to maximise engineer productivity while ensuring customer service targets are consistently achieved. Working closely with cross-functional teams, I simulate different fulfilment scenarios based on available field capacity, providing data-driven recommendations to improve planning efficiency. I also identify opportunities to automate planning processes and enhance operational performance through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Supplier Development Controller in the Planning and Procurement Department at Worcester Bosch, I was responsible for procuring raw materials required for manufacturing and ensuring a continuous supply to support uninterrupted production. I monitored material availability, coordinated with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries, and proactively addressed potential supply issues to minimise production delays. Working closely with planning and production teams, I helped align material availability with manufacturing schedules while building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure effective communication, reliable performance, and an efficient supply chain.

As an Information Security and Data Protection Partner, I act as a cross-functional partner, working closely with leadership, operations, legal, and other teams to guide them on security and data protection issues. I perform process and risk analysis such as audits, risk assessments, and identifying gaps to make sure we remain compliant. I also maintain clear documentation and governance by keeping policies, risk documentation, and guidance up to date. In addition, I design and deliver training and awareness sessions and continuously strive to improve best practices so that everyone understands and follows them. I simplify complex legal or technical matters for stakeholders and keep leadership informed. Overall, I approach my work with a governance and control mindset, making sure quality assurance, secure operations, and proper controls are always in place.

Manufacturing parts for Bosch boilers for different companies and industries this involved operating different types of equipment such as basic hand tools to larger machines. The role also involved working individually and as part of a team and to follow all health and safety regulations. It is also important in this role to employ good quality control skills to achieve the best standards.
