Corporate Business Development (FAB) - Employee Banking

Handling Employee Banking, Elite Banking, Islamic Finance, Mass segment, Lower mass-
segment, Mid-Tier segment & NTML companies so to acquire new-to-payroll Employer (ER)
Payroll Relationships by meeting HR/Payroll Heads and Finance team heads to build &
develop core relationship with clients
• Appointed as the Sector Head- RETAIL for all retail malls, retails outlets, and retail stores
across UAE and managing portfolio of Emaar, Apparel, Danube, Landmark, Al Tayer,
Electronics etc.
• Liaising with corporate association to open avenues for retail business income generation,
managing external and internal relations
• Introducing new avenues adding new companies to Retail Portfolio allowing employer
penetration with impact to retail flow. Enhancing existing relationships to ensure maximum
conversion rates in income generation.
• Providing regular market feedback to Head of unit vital to review and improve Product
Offering, design of campaigns and business acquisition
• revenue of the EB portfolio such as Tracking, Managing & developing Marketing strategies to
communicate bank’s various offerings by setting up kiosks, sending out EDM’s and flyers,
conducting induction for new joiners, organizing events in the premises
• Target segment of AED 10 million business per month in assets, 15 client meetings, 5 new
acquisitions & 4 events per month successfully implemented in large corporate houses for
employee banking in Mortgage Loans, Personal Loans, Credit cards, Auto Loans, Emarati
Loans, E-Dirham, Ratibi Cards, New accounts for new joiners, Islamic Bankig, Investments &
Insurance products.
• Onboarding and account opening Inductions 5 per month in companies with 200 new joiners
for accounts in Azadea Group, DU Telecom, IBM, MAJID AL FUTTAIM, FORD, Time Hotel
Group
• Manage a current portfolio of 200 companies and 75 Group companies with a total portfolio
value of assets in personal banking and Islamic banking products AED 200 Million
• Currently handling with a portfolio of big corporate houses in Dubai & Northern Emirates
such as Majid Al Futtaim Group, AW Rostamani Group, Pepsi Co, VFS Global, Airbus, Abbott
Laboratories, Azadea Group, Ministry of Infrastructure Development, FORD Business
Development, IBM Middle East, DU Telecom, Danube Building, Al Maya, IBM Middle east,
Union Cooperative, Farnek services, Sheikh Khalifa Hospital Umm-Ul-Quwain, NCR Corp etc.
