1)Switching operation for isolation and restoration in KM distribution network up to 33KV under various distribution departments in Kahramaa.
2)Issue and cancellation of safety documents as defined in the KM safety rule.
3)Coordinating & conducting and follow-up all shutdown works in the KM distribution network. (Substation, cable, and OHL sections).
4)Conducting Cable testing and cable fault locating up to 33kv cables (test van used: high-tech and Centrix, Centrix-2.0, and Baur...etc).
5)Restoration of faulty ckt. after repairing and testing.
6)Attend supervision of cable damage cases and request and execute the shutdown after identifying the cable ckt.
7)Isolating the faulty ckt and restoring the remaining network as per the instruction of the control engineer during emergency ckt tripping situations,
8)Installation, operation, and maintenance of 11 kV outdoor, and indoor types of Substations.
Executing substation shutdowns (same after MTC, Bypassing and commissioning of substation).
9)Operation and maintenance of distribution transformers with ratings up to 1600 kVA.
Conducting and arranging MV/ LV Cable Reinforcement Work & Emergency MV/LV Cable Fault Repair work.
10)Carryout Shutdown works in OHL networks and installation and maintenance of OHL network (ABS, GMT AND PMT. Conductors, Poles, Auto-Reclosure Etc.)
11)Ensuring electrical work quality and safety.
12)Follow-up on the site works
13)Having very good knowledge about the various switch gear operations in Kahramaa network up to 33kv.
14)Arranging shutdown for LV, MV, &HV from KAHRAMAA for diverted cable or new cables.
Assigning and distributing site engineers to various shutdowns to carry out the work.
15)Conducting Hi-Pot test, megger test, and live phasing test to check the dielectric strength &phasing of the cable and electrical equipment.
16)Supervising the working team of my unit.
Follow-ups of pending work for preparing invoices.
17)Permanent and temporary diversion work for street lighting. Installation/removal of new/old feeder pillar, service cabinet, 14m poles &High mast, etc.
18)Have very good experience in electrical works under various road work projects.
Permanent and temporary diversion work for HV cables (66kV, 132kv with FO cables) and MV 11 kV cables with the pilot and LV Cables laying, in trenches, in ducts, and in utility micro tunnels, (length of the tunnel around 3 KM) including connecting to the existing feeders/cables or to an electrical substation.
19)Arranging and executing all types of distribution-level shutdown work. Bypassing and commissioning of electrical substation and change over the load from LV cables.
20)High mast light installation and maintenance.
21)Troubleshooting and solving.
22)Supervise and monitor the operations and maintenance activities carried by maintenance contractors as per Oracle schedules to ensure that all activities are performed on time.
23)Delivering quality assurance audits by carrying out inspections on electrical assets as per facilities asset management system and prepare the necessary reports.
24)Lead, assign, and supervise a team of Electrical supervisors (Both in-house and contractors) performing daily activities such as preventive maintenance audits and improvement works.
25)Carry out inspection and electrical assets of completed works by external vendors and ensure all specifications and regulatory requirements are met.

 Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
 Listing of materials required for Electrical systems andequipment installation.
 Arranging manpower and material for day to day activities.
 Preparing a list of spare parts required.
 Prepare daily pre start brief and work at height in weekly.
 Prepare a tool box meeting in all Saturdays.
 Installation of components like couplers, hybrid couplers, attenuators, splitters and Omni and panel antennas for ooredo network.
 Testing of coaxial cables using P.I.M and V.S.W.R test for the calibration of cables of 1/2” and 7/8” coaxial cables of M.O.I.
 Installation of cable tray for laying coaxial cables of M.O.I.
 Installation of Cable trunking, also give ideas for cable pulling of various cables .
 Device termination of components like couplers, attenuators, splitters and Omni and panel antennas for ooredo network.
 Rectification of coaxial cables using manual and site master machine.
 Installation of pipe conduiting works for lighting and power.
 Have knowledge in single fiber fusion splicing and P.T.T Tetra test for ooredo network.
 Supervision of work force to complete daily activities.
 Installation of distribution boards for various requirements.
 Assist the team carrying out breakdown & preventive activities of machineries, lighting etc.
 Completing projects as per project schedules without delays.
 Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and procedures.
 Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
 Estimate, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
 Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Senior Engineer for approval prior to execution at site.
 Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
 Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.
 Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
 Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.
 Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
 Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
 Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
 Performs other related duties as required by the senior engineer.
 Maintaining a daily log book of units and jobs carried out.
 Assist the team carrying out oil filtration &other tests of transformers.
 Assist in Preparation of expense sheet for each project.
 Ensuring companies quality policies with various standards to deliver efficient & dynamic system to client.
 Delivering project in time limit.
 Erection of various control panels, AC, DC, Relay Protection L.T, H.T panels, battery charger etc.
 Laying and termination of all control and power cables.
