• Implementing and maintaining the system solutions. • Design of security and Low current systems (Access Control, CCTV, Audio Visual, intruder Alarm, structure cabling …etc.)
• Leading the end-to-end low current system testing process for designated manufacturing sites.
• Assessing new business needs against current capabilities and identifying requirements and associated value where functional gaps are identified.
• Partnering with business partners and technology suppliers to design, build and qualify new systems required in the different locations.
• Maintaining and supporting Networking and IT equipment (Servers, Printers, Routers, Firewall, Access points, Switches, Fiber optics)

Duties:
• Design and prepare bill of quantities for comprehensive Low Current & Security
Systems for residential business, commercial & industrial clients, etc.
• Provide expert level technical design and assistance to sales team/presales team in
the field of Low Current & Security Systems.
• Provide guidance, direction and assistance in the resolution of customer issues,
presales team and sales team.
• Contribute to Requests for Pricing (RFP’s) and Requests for Information (RFI’s)
responses.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction which should result from proficient design and
honest commitment.
• Check design compatibility/fitness of proposal for Low Current & Security Systems.
• Contact vendor and manufacturer and follow up on requested quotes anddesigns.
• Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
• Prepares proposals based on customer's requirements and standard technical
specification.
• Master technically the company product and offering.
• Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored tosuit
client's needs.
• Follow-up with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoingsupport
• Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique.
• Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards ensuring reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
• Installs hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices including Routers, WiFi Controllers and firewalls.
• Ensures network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, fax machines, and other network appliances.
• Researches products, recommend software and hardware and points out security glitches.
• Ensures that all IT equipment complies with industry standards.
• Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting
• Network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization and maintaining L2 loop free network.
• Identifies diagnoses and resolves network problems as needed swiftly and efficiently.
• Analyses and resolves faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password.
• Performs regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Provides training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence if required.
