• Manpower planning among companys projects.
• Liaising with other departments to assess stafing needs and relocate employees as required.
• Established an online dashboard for the department to facilitate operations.
• Schedule leaves of departments employees (450) and coordinate with project managers and site
engineers for other employees transactions.
• Onboarding international new hires; coordinate accommodation and travel needs along with medical
examination, complete essential documents and enrolling employees on the atendance system, distribute manpower on diferent projects based on the need.
• Verify employee atendance and hours worked, compile time records, and accurately post information on timesheets and designated records.
• Perform exit and return visa procedures for employees according to the approved leave request or business trips.
• Prepare monthly reports of manpower and operations (new hires, transfers, on leave, termination, business trips, etc.)
• Provide any administrative needs of the department.
• Matching data against the Saudi Central Banks records to ensure compliance with SCB regulations.
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports and assist in the presentation of findings.
• Maintain records to be up-to-date.
