• Responsible for field operations of assigned facilities and units by monitoring equipment performance
and conditions to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the plant.
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup and operation of newly completed 0.75mtpa LNG plant.
• Monitor and control process parameters using Wonderware Archestra SCADA PLC, DCS, and HMI
within safe operating set points.
• Routine checks on plant utility equipment, such as instrument air compressors, Nitrogen compressors,
heating medium pumps, cooling medium pumps, Amine charge pumps, Amine booster pumps,
Regenerative gas compressor, Mixed refrigerant compressors.
• Operate and monitor process plant and facilities in the assigned area as per operating procedures and
Company’s HSE standards.
• Validate work permits, followed up on-going jobs and monitor contractor’s activities ensuring
adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
• Ensure electrically powered equipment are energized & de-energized during start-up, shutdown from
the motor control center.
• Startup and shutdown of Utility Systems, Cooling Medium System, Heating Medium System, Feed Gas
System, Amine System, Gas Dehydration System, Gas Liquefaction System, Condensate Heater, Deethanizer, De-butanizer, De-propanizer Unit from the central control room (CCR).
• Startup & Shutdown of plant rotating equipment such as Pumps, Air compressors, Nitrogen
compressors, MR compressors, BOG compressors, MRT compressors, RegenGas compressors, Air
cooler fans, Blower from the CCR.
• Prepare plant equipment for maintenance by isolating, purging, and testing gas levels to ensure
personnel and equipment safety.
• Provide the operations supervisor and production manager with a daily production report.
• Routine checks carried out on all process units: dehydrating unit, heat exchanger unit, refrigerating
unit.
• Lined up process valves manually and monitor closing of shut down valves from control room.
• Isolated and depressurized all process equipment as prerequisite for preventive and corrective
maintenance jobs.
• Carried out start-up and shutdown of process plant in accordance with the standard operating
procedures.
• Provided support for periodic collection of samples for laboratory analysis by lab personnels.

• Complied with safe operating guidelines including participation in monthly health environmental
and safety drills.
• Operated treatment plants, chilled water gas conditioning skids, reciprocating natural gas
compressors molecular sieves or TEG dehydration and fluid separation equipment.
