•Preparing statutory accounts.
•Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
•Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
•Answer sales inquiries; correspond with customers on their needs and requirements via e-mail and phone calls.
•Daily follow up of Sales Orders; prepare quotations and negotiations with customers to maximize the sales.
•Coordinating with the sales team, production & stores for timely delivery.
•Responsible for dealing with overseas customers and importing automotive parts products from Thailand, Taiwan manufacturers such as Engine mounting Arm bush’s shock mountings exhaust pipe supports, C.V boots, engine bush’s etc.
•Talking to overseas customers who are looking for a product, advising them on what system will best suit their needs, and recommending a product in which our client will then export.
•Responsible for coordinating with sales engineers and customers and negotiating and finalizing sales order.
•Handling sales order and convert it into local purchase order to achieve set target.
•Processing import purchase request to execute forward delivery orders.
•Follow-up with warehouse for timely delivery
•Daily follow up of Sales Orders; prepare quotations and negotiations with customers to maximize the sales.
•Following standardized company procedures relating to all aspects of Office performance.
•Maintaining suitable and sufficient office stationary levels.
