To support the provision of comprehensive HR services to designated Company business areas and
employees in accordance with Local Labour law and residency requirements.
* Controlling the Kharafi National Employees Information in Oracle ERP.
* To verify all employment contract-associated paperwork in accordance with Company
procedures & policies and local Labour Law.
* Preparing office correspondence, Emails and Filling.
* To maintain personnel records in accordance with company procedures and
confidentiality standards.
* To maintain strong internal customer relationships with designated Company business
areas.
* Good Knowledge and Follow up most of HR/ Administration Unit Transactions :
New Arrivals.
Residency Renewal.
Local Transfer.
Work Permit Control.
Passports Follow up.
Termination Processing.
Quota Follow UP.
The announcement of the company's need to staff and follow-up work of the company's
commercials untl issuance.
• Follow-up job applicatons and presented to the Director to determine the validity of the
applicant.
• Open a fle for the new employee contains the following ratonale:
₋ Contractf which has been edited and approved between the company and the contractor.
₋ A copy of the certfcatesf educatonal ualifcatons and experience.
₋ Photos of evidence personal (identty card in a business card and a copy of the passport).
₋ A copy of the decision to direct the employee to work.
₋ A copy of the passport contracted + original passport in case of transfer of sponsorship on
the company.
• Save fles and arrange all the ofcers and staf of all categories of jobs.
• All data entry staf to Computer.
• Preparaton and printng of leters of internal and external human resources and send them
to the concerned authorites afer being approved by the Directorf and save pictures of them
in fles.
• Save a copy of the job descripton for all staf.
Handling correspondences
* Reply emails
* Answering phone calls
* Arranging meetings
* Data Entry - Update and correct any and all inaccuracies in the database
* And other duties.
To exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department
* To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
* To maintain proper records.
* To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular
stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the
minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.
* To initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level
approaches the maximum limit.
* To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving
department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
* To reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required.
* To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized
requisition notes/material lists.
* To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent
intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
