o Liaising with the Procurement Department to acquire design consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
o Reviewing subcontractors’ agreements, scopes of work, technical terms and conditions for effective employment.
o Monitoring development of technical submittals & shop drawings to meet construction requirements.
o Supervising the Document Control Department as per company procedures.
o Assessing technical data sheets & material samples to ensure compliance with the project technical specifications.
o Ensuring compliance of the design documents and all technical submittals, method statements and shop drawings to quality, health, safety and environment regulation and procedures.
